It is the client's responsibility to read all of the policies and disclaimers before booking
Payments and Deposit
•Non-refundable Deposit is required when booking.
*NO DEPOSIT=NO APPOINTMENT.
•Your deposit will be added to the final price.
•Remaining balance & tips will be CASH/VENMO only.
Disqualification List
• Anyone under 18 years of age.
• Anyone who’s pregnant/nursing.
• Anyone allergic to pigmentation and make-up.
• Anyone with glaucoma and/or taking blood-thinning medications.
• Anyone with skin diseases such as eczema or psoriasis on the area to be treated.
• Anyone with active skin cancer in the area to be treated.
• Anyone with undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the area to be treated.
• Anyone who has experienced post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
• Anyone with transmittable blood conditions. (i.e. Hepatitis or HIV).
• Anyone diabetic.
• Anyone with mitral valve disorder or high blood pressure.
• Anyone who is a hemophiliac.
• Anyone with healing disorders.
• Anyone taking skin medications such as antasure, ro-accutaine, and steroids, which thin and make the skin very sensitive.
• Anyone currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment.
• Any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must be no less than 42 days from the date of the treatment.
• Anyone epileptic or who has experienced faint spells or seizures.
• Taking antibiotics. (Must be off at least 2 weeks.)
• Taking skin medications such as anatasure, steroids, accutane. (will make the skin very thin and sensitive.)
• Must be off from using Retin-A, Retinol around procedure area for 1-2 weeks prior to the procedure.
• Anyone who has any facials, or chemical peels 3-4 weeks prior to the procedure.
• Anyone who has had Botox 1 month prior to the service date.
* Please notify me if you have/had allergic reactions to topical anesthetics.
* Please notify me of other medications you are currently taking.
Reschedule and No Shows
•If you are 15min late or more, your appointment will get canceled. Please make sure to be on your time. I will have clients before/after you.
• Please provide a 3day notice in order to reschedule.
• Any rescheduling less than 3days from your appointment time will be a forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be needed to book another.
• You may reschedule up to ONE time.
•You can transfer your deposit when you reschedule. Please make sure to reschedule for A MONTH prior to your appointment day.
More than one month = will need another deposit.
• No call/No shows = NO MORE.
• No guest is allowed (no pets)
Disclaimer
• I have the right to refuse service.
• Prices are subject to change at any time.
• Touch-ups are not included and are priced at certain time frames.
• I cannot guarantee 100%, Individual results vary depending on the client’s skin/age/lifestyle/aftercare.
• Photos taken before, during, and after your service may be used for marketing purposes. Your pictures may appear on our social media websites and on my webpage.
• Please carefully review the drawn shape prior to starting. I am not liable for any changes once the service is done.
• Touch-up is necessary within 10 weeks to achieve the final result.
• I do NOT touch-up other artists' work, it will consider as a new set or cover-up.
